Template  BC CDA E2E Orders Section without Entries

The Orders and Requests Section includes records of orders for any diagnostic services, treatments, interventions, therapies that may have been made for the patient. This section may also be used to communicate referral orders and requests to other providers. The Orders Section may be used to communicate orders independently of results or reports received; however, they may link to results/reports, or outcomes of the order may be documented and included attached to the order. Orders that are still in progress (i.e. no results received yet) may be communicated using this section.
