Template  BC CDA E2E ClinMeasuredObs Section without Entries

The Clinically Measured Observations Section includes clinically measured or noted observations on the patient and provides discrete data points on the patients’ physical attributes and measurements including information on the patients’ height, weight, blood pressure, pulse and heart sounds. This section supports both free text observations as well as discrete data encoded using a standards based nomenclature such as a controlled medical vocabulary. The section follows the standard Organizer-Grouped Observations pattern.
