| Description |
The Dose Observation template is used to communicate specific dose related instructions
including the dose duration, frequency, route, site quantity and form.
Multiple Dose Management
It is not unusual for medications to be prescribed with multiple dose instructions
such as variable frequencies and quantities. Examples may include:

1 pill twice a day and two pills at bed time;

1 pill for 2 days then 3 pills for 10 days.
If there are more than one Dose Observation instruction within a prescription then
this is indicated by the entryRelationship/@typeCode element.
